McDonald's 1331 Northwest Washington Boulevard, Hamilton, OH 45013

"This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to and that's saying another since none of them ever seem to be able to not get orders right. Leaving cars sit in drive thru at speaker for a good 10 minutes with 6 other cars lined up behind them and cars blowing horns. We were still ordering and they delete the first part of the order while still ordering and we tell her your missing the rest of the order she tells us to pill up to window and tell them instead of fixing her screw up. And then can't get the cheese burger no onion no pickle right. I don't recommend stopping at this one drive to the next one."

"Orders are so inconsistently incorrect that it MUST be intentional. Be sure to check your order before pulling away from the drive-thru. And never order through DoorDash. We have requested refunds for so many missing meals from this restaurant that DoorDash will no longer refund our missing items."

"Went thro this morning and what is this? I order oatmeal and get 1/4 a cup now come on. Even McDonald's isn't cheap anymore so please at least give me what I'm paying for please. On the side not the service members here are very friendly and always smiling."

"Crystal was amazing, she needs a RAISE! The eggs were undercooked (gross) so I order something cheaper and they couldn't screw up! The manager didn't have any intention of giving me the difference back and made it sound like he was doing me a favor. I asked if I needed to pay the difference and he stated, oh no your sandwich was messed up! At that point, he should have said, we owe you money!"

"It really sucks that I have to drive way out to Millville or to the east side because this McDonald’s is absolutely terrible. It never fails. I’ll give it a shot every 3 months and every single time the food and service is absolutely terrible. take it from me…don’t go there it’s not worth the 20 min to 30 min wait because there’s constantly a huge line and it’s not worth the constant attitudes from the employees and its not worth the terrible quality of food. Since McDonald’s wants to raise their prices I believe in holding them to a higher standard. Yes maybe for a dollar I wouldn’t be as mad but when a whole meal is 7-10$ then yes I expect your quality to be higher."
