"We love this school all 3 of our kids are in it and they work with us and the kids love this school and the friends they have made."
"I have had such a wonderful experience with the staff at this school! They are really involved in trying to get the children were they need to be in their academics. Both of my children have had a tough time but enjoy going to school. I want to say thank you to MS. Smiddy, Mrs. Grooms, Ms. gillesepe, Mr. Schlaak, Mr. Jackson."
"The name that appears with this post is not the person writing the review.... My kid has been in Locust Corner since Kindergarten and I have never had a complaint until this year. Adam Sayer should be nominated for "worst teacher of the year!" Not only has he told my kid, but he is telling YOUR KID(S) to "shut up". He told my kid that he "annoys him, and everyone around." Also, he likes to use the word "nuisance". This school has gotten HORRIBLE for bullying within the last year, and it IS NOT just the kids that are doing the bullying!!! The man does not know how to deal with kids period!! We were warned about him and his ways before school even started....And now i'm warning you!!"
"My Son started this School today. I have recently moved from Georgia to New Richmond and I feel very blessed with the warm welcome from the staff at this School especially from the School Counselor. Everyone took time to make sure my Son felt comfortable and treated him like he had been expected and most importantly took the time to answer all of his most important questions and made him feel safe. All of these things are important to me as a Parent. My many thanks to the staff at this School!"
"My daughter as well as many of my friends children attended L.C. elementary when they were young. It used to be a very good school. My daughter is now 30 years old with multiple degree's. I've lately heard remarks that the school system has gone down hill. This doesn't seem logical considering the tax revenue received by the school is far higher than it has ever been. The complaints I hear are most commonly poor attitudes of staff members. I have a grandson attending there now. His teacher Mrs. McDonald seems to be very good at her job. The school guidance counselor seems to have a bad disposition as well as a bad attitude. There is no excuse for some one paid by us tax payers to be this way though I'm aware it is not unusual. If any one else has experienced issues with her or any other school official there I'd like to hear your comments. I have an appointment to meet with this woman in the morning. I guess I'll find out what kind of Jerk this "lady" really is first hand. I will post more on this matter after I meet her personally."
