"Great store just in the middle of resetting inventory I think so it was a little crazy try to find stuff but is to be expected at some point within any store, overall great experience have lots of neat things to look at and had the hardware parts I needed."

"This is a very relaxed place. They will be remodeling in Jan-Feb of 2024, so I look forward to seeing what they will do. They were once named Orchelins, but changed their name to Bomgaars. To relate, they are similar to Tractor Supply Co, Rural King and Farm & Country stores that we have around Ohio. Customer service experience is on par and the crew there are very friendly! Highly recommend shopping here."

"Don’t waste you time going here. Staff is very rude and arguing and cussing at each other. Such a nice store but it won’t last long with the people running it here. I heard the store manager tell a guy they can’t sell ammo right now because there was no one here that was certified to sell ammo. Walmart sells ammo. I know of gas stations that sell ammo. Poor poor quality store"

"It's a great local store! They have a huge selection of top brand clothes and boots- hunting stuff, in all categories! Parts to fix your farm equipment, live stock gog kennels household goods canning supplies and make sure you check the candy isle. I live in Kentucky but I'm a delivery driver in Ohio, and if I'm ever in Mt Orbe I stop in even just to circle the store!"

"Don’t come here with kids! I thought this establishment was family friendly. My two kids (both in the cart, not running around or being a nuisance) yelled ONE time (to which i reproved him to talk quietly.) One of the workers (most likely in his 50s) very loudly started talking about how “if he yelled like that in the store when he was a kid his dad would xyz”. Needless to say it was very embarrassing and very pointed at my 3 year old. We left immediately as it seemed that this store is not very understanding of toddlers who are still learning. Very disappointed. It might be worth addressing, as you never know what is going on in someone’s lives and how that could impact a customers day."
