Give your customers a coupon for a free shake once it is repaired. Do something for your customers when they spend $30 for 2 people to eat fast food."

"When I went I had ordered, the wings box, and a chicken wrap for myself and a beef and cheddar, shake and some mozzarella sticks for my girlfriend. The worst part is that even to get my food they had me pull up to another door to receive my food, where I had waited ten minutes for my food, and after all of that when I arrived home my wings had barely any sauce on them, almost like a dry rub (which the wings aren't) along with the big glaring issue with the order as a whole, they failed to put the mozzarella sticks in the bag and by the time I had noticed I was already 10 miles away at home. I called the store back to see if they could manage to give me a refund online but I had to come back use all of that gas just to get the 4 mozzarella sticks they were supposed to give me in the first place. I was put in a horrible situation of get no compensation if I don't return to the store, or use gas and return to the store and get the item they failed to provide. I hope that this doesn't happen to anyone else, I can't afford the gas for the extra trip nor can I afford to order food that I don't get. I above all else hope that this doesn't happen to someone less fortunate than me. All it took was this experience to ruin my day."
