"I came in on 2/624 and ordered two Bowls and two bags of chips. I got it to go, and when I got home, I started to mix up my bowl and found a hair in my food. I returned everything I ordered uneaten and was told they don't do refunds. So they offered to remake my food. I told them I was good for the night. They told me I could come back and get it remade when I wad ready. They wrote on my recept "Remake" and also the managers name at the time of shift. I came back in 2/23/24 to get my food remade and was told that they couldn't accept my recept that I had because it was over a "Month" since I was last there. It was only 17 days and wasn't over a month. The manager was very rude about it and her math was way off. I will never be back. I'm out $23.XX and still no food. If I could give them negative 5 starts I would. This is not how you run a business and hope they treat people better than they did me. So if your order ever gets messed up I hope it goes better for you than me."

"Ordered an order through the restaurant website. They double charged me for my order and then canceled it. I called to resolve the issue and they said they could not help me. I asked for the corporate number and they refused to give it to me. The lady on the phone was incredibly rude. It's the day before Christmas and I got double charged and have no food to show for it. Would recommend going across town, do NOT eat at the derr road location."

"Food is always consistent whether you go through the drive thru or carry out. Staff is super nice. The staff and restaurant is like “A breath of fresh air” compared to Chipotle on Bechtle Ave. if you have to choose between the two, this location will not leave you disappointed like Chipotle."

"Got lunch to go today from this restaurant. The store was very clean looking inside and the staff was friendly and engaging during the ordering process. I got the little burrito bowl. I thought I got a sizable portion for the cost. I ordered the chicken with brown rice, grilled vegetables, pico, cilantro, and a little cheese. The veggies tasted fresh. The chicken had a good spice blend. Overall the taste of all the ingredients were spot on with no disappointment. I will be back."
