"They were great minded and packed our food perfectly!!! They only put fries in a bag and sandwiches in a bag!! They didn't stuff the bags!! Great job ladies!!"

"Used to be my family's preferred Wendy's in Springfield. This evening an employee decided to throw a full beverage out the drive thru window and into my husband's car over a misunderstanding with the order. Made a call to the store as I was not with him and asked to speak to the manager. The person who answered stated they were the manager but did not provide a name. I was told it was a known incident and that it was being addressed. As I cannot be certain this is actually being dealt with, I am leaving this review as well as taking the issue to corporate. For the time being, I recommend avoiding this location because at least one employee clearly has anger issues."

"Old dried burger, it was slammed together. It sucked. Employees can destroy a great business. Wendy's is great, but if employees are allowed to do whatever they want , with our food, then count me out."

"While we were out doing our shopping we decided to stop in to Wendy's to get a couple of chilies to take home for dinner to heat up later. There was a little bit of a line in the drive thru but it seemed to move pretty fast. The ordering was easy. The lady at the window was friendly and polite and we got our food in no time. We got plenty of crackers in the sack which was nice as we use quite a few. Also plenty of napkins and spicy hot sauce. Heated up the soup was fast and easy. Didn't try the spicy hot sauce this time. The soup was very good and thick. Nice meat ratio. Maybe a bit too many beans for me but my spouse loves it that way. Just a touch of chili spice to the soup. Really pretty good. I will get it again."

"Went threw the drive threw they had a line in drive threw which wasn’t a issue got to the speaker order 2 jr bacon cheese 4 for 4 and a spicy chicken combo I ask for the spicy to be dropped fresh which I kno takes 6 1/2 minutes I wasn’t in like no more then 3 minutes from the time of the speaker and getting to the window I ask for cheese to be on the sandwich I check it before leaving surely wasn’t on there the 2 girls at the window stood at the window laughing instead of taking the food back and putting cheese on it they hand me a piece of cheese in a plastic container that wasn’t even a full piece as u can clearly tell the fries were cold and old weren’t even hot at all when I called the phone just rings no one answers I don’t see how when a customer asked for fresh food it’s not fresh at all"
