"While the food was fine, the workers were sweet my issue was the prices. I mean come on $3 extra for rice to have a poke bowl basiclly at my normal poke place I could get tripple protein for the $15 bowl I paid for here. Won't be comming back because of pricing."

"So I'm giving a review on their customer service. I bought some food, the lady forgot to give me my card back. I didn't realize it til 3days later. Found out that one of their employees to my card and used it on Only fanes. Ran up $350.00 I called the company. No calls back. Until I went to the police and they told me I could press charges. Then they want to call me. And then apologize. But nothing from this company til like I said the POLICE called. And say to me they still hope I use there company. Didn't offer a apology, a discount on a meal or a gift card. This company is only about money not their customer's. They even saw on there camera the manager putting my card in his pocket. It's a shame when they could make it right BUT NOTHING! pay cash people."

"Never returning. I ordered pickup and didn’t look at the food until I got home when I realized that I couldn’t even eat it. The rolls are not intact and I only received 9. It looks like it was eaten before I even brought it home. I can’t believe staff would allow this to go out. The photos are exactly as I got the food."

"This is ramen - the new seasonal dish in the menu which cost 14$. Please take a look and judge by your objective review. The broth is terrible. Mushroom is extreme salty. A couple tiny slices dried pork belly???? I don’t think this ramen bowl worths the money. I am wondering if the company cares about customer value before passing this ramen through their quality test, and approve to be put in the menu. This act is very disrespectful. Staff service: Terrible. They don’t understand their menu."
