"Order a sweet tea and it’s 50/50 on whether you actually get a sweetened tea or unsweetened, very frustrating. Also their menu screen in the drive thru has been out for months, no telling when they’ll fix that. Other than that it’s not terrible"
"I have been to this restaurant now several times, and even recently got gift cards for this food chain for Christmas. My love for Mcdonald’s has really gone down the drain after frequenting this specific location. Their ability to make my food & beverage the same every time as well as get it right simply doesn’t exist, and several times employees have been rude with me. In this DoorDash order, it clearly reads on the receipt what I requested. Of course, I did not receive what I ordered. Thanks again, Mcdonalds :("
"Foods usually pretty good and fresh, I go a lot for lunch and the service and people are nice. A coupke weeks ago though I noticed how gross the coke machine is though and keep having them get my refill from the back, figured it would get cleaned at some point but it seems it never gets cleaned. Makes you wonder if the one in the back is any better. The black mold looking stuff growing in the drip tray is very unappetizing though not to mention the whole ice machine and stuff above it is busted open and appears to just be growing stuff inside."
"I have never had a bad experience at this McDonald’s and the staff is always super friendly. Today when going through the line, the cashier asked me how I was doing and gave me some wonderful words of encouragement after I told him I was tired. Although he may never see this, I just want to express my gratitude for his kindness because it really saved my night. If any staff members ever see this review I visited on 11-18-23 around 10 pm, please tell him how thankful I am. These kind of interactions mean so much even though they are brief."
