"Just went through and the fries came out barely warm, they look they were fried a few times already, which means we received old refried fries and on top of it they forgot to reapply the salt. Quality is not the recipe for this store. Just disgusting that this is even allowed! Get Greene County Health dept in here! I feel like this place is slacking. They never have sweet tea made. I am always asking for it at lunch or dinner. Oh we haven't made it. With is happening here? It's middle of lunch and not ready."

"This location, honestly, needs a staffing overhaul. From top down. The mobile ordering is a mess and takes at minimum, 9-12 minutes. Drive thru is slow. The actual products are rarely hot and fresh, and routinely when I order from this location, ingredients or items are missing. Such as my unmodified Dave's Single, just randomly missing lettuce. Not once, but twice, in the same order. Also in that order? A chicken wrap, and the wrap had lettuce. Not to mention it just being very cool to the touch, which is unexpected, but not surprising."

"This is by far the worst Wendy’s I have been to. I went through the drive thru. They rug my order up wrong. When I found out they gave me attitude because they had to ring up another order for me. The only drinks they had available were coke and Diet Coke. The person at the window had an attitude. Then when he bagged my food he put four meals in one medium bag. I had to ask for another bag so my fries would not spill out of the bag. He tossed the bag at me. I told him to have a wonderful night and he slammed the drive thru window and flipped me off. Stay away from this Wendys apparently they don’t care how they treat customers."

"I never leave less than five stars but what is happening here? I want management to know that at lunch open there are no baked potatoes (hour wait), no tomato and my Daves single came with a giant piece of plastic inside."

"I’m so sad. This place usually hits it out of the park but today, it just kept missing. Missed the no salt request. Only 1/2 the containers filled with fries Out of our requested item from mobile order. Our grilled chicken wrap had three pieces of small chicken that we paid over $6 for…so sad. I do hope this place can turn around but seems on the decline sadly."
