"The reason for my bad review today is because I have been going to this restaurant regularly since I moved to the area months ago. The food is usually fine, there are mistakes and rude employees here and there like at every restaurant, no big deal though. I put in an application online & had an interview not long after. The manager, Courtney, asked me to go ahead and start the orientation process immediately after interviewing me. I asked if it would be okay for me to come in a different day for orientation as I had someone waiting in the car for me and I had a doctor appointment that day as well and wasn't expecting to be asked to do orientation right away. She said that was fine and that she would call me the following day with a date. After not hearing from Courtney the following day, I called the store almost every day after that to try to get my orientation scheduled, however every time I called the employee on the phone would say she was not there that day & to call again tomorrow morning. This went on for about a week (she just wasnt there for a whole week? or someone was lying for her) until I finally reached Courtney today. I politely asked her what the steps were moving forward and she rudely told me to hold on. I overheard her talking with another employee while she was away from the phone, saying "I'm so irritated". She then picked the phone back up and told me in a snarky tone that she will call me if she wants me. Really? I don't understand why Courtney couldn't have told me at the interview she wasn't interested instead of giving me the impression that she was. I then asked to revoke my application and she said okay and hung up on me. I'm not normally the type to write a review and I'm sure I will find a much better place to work than Mcdonalds, but this was extremely disheartening to me and I don't understand why Courtney couldn't have given me the respect of letting me know I did not have a job there the day she interviewed me. The employees there regularly seem like they couldn't care less about being there and now I see why... I might have dodged a bullet there. Regardless, I will now be visiting another location from now on. Thanks for nothing!"

"Fish sandwich was fried hard...I asked for it to be made to order. And my coffee was cold. I literally showed them by putting my fingers down in it. However they did correct it. But had I went to the drive thru.....I would've been very upset."

"We get break fast here every weekend. It's hit and miss. The food is good but not always fresh. The mcmuffin could be toasted like they used to be. My girlfriend loves the sweet tea! That is all she drinks from McDonald's!"
