"I liked this Agave & Rye better than the last one. I just felt like the atmosphere was a little quieter. The food was great as always. The first one was the Skywalker. It was the most interesting one of the night. The noodles were a bit much, but the chicken and carrot chips on top, WOW. Not much heat at first, but then it slaps you in the face. The second one is the Rico Sauve, it was good but nothing really outstanding. The last one was the Plain Jane, and as the name implies, good taste but nothing out of the ordinary. We also had a side of the Birria Irish Nachos. I think these are really good. Next time, I'm asking for extra cowboy candy. It's like sweat pickled jelopinos, I think. They are really good."
"Tried this place for the first time last Friday 1/5/24 for lunch. The experience was completely wonderful. Everyone was super friendly as soon as you walk in the door. Not to mention the food was so amazing. My husband and I ordered 2 of The Gangsta Taco’s and Birria Irish Nachos to share. Both were so delicious. If you’re in this part of town this is a must try place, you won’t be sorry. The decor of the place was very neat as well. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
"My boyfriend and I have ate here twice now and really enjoy it. I absolutely love their atmosphere, very artsy and unique! Also very clean both times we went. Menu: great selection of appetizers, reccomend the Shrimp Rangoon! A bunch of different tacos to choose from, I kept it simple with the Sugar Daddy of the Plane Jane and it was awesome. Outside of tacos they do have a few alternate options available but not too many salad choices for anyone who may prefer sald. Drinks: tons of bourbon, along with a nice & unique selection of cocktails which are delicious but pretty sweet. Parking: large lot but restaurant does tend to get crowded, saw a sign mentioning additional parking and where it's located, if necessary. ♿️ Handicap: I try to keep this in mind for reviews & believe those with any handicaps wouldn't have an issue dining here from what I noticed. Staff: Everyone we have interacted with has been very upbeat, positive, and fun to converse with. They get to you quickly and make sure you're taken care of from our experience. Overall: We really enjoy Agave & Rye when craving some tacos and will very likely continue to visit. I definitely recommend giving them a try! 10/10"
"My wife and I were really pleased with our experience at this location, considering that our only previous experience with Agave & Rye was down in Cincinnati. Our server Curtis was a gem and made it an excellent time, and the food and drinks were superb. Will definitely be stopping by again in the future!"
"What a lovely place! The parking situation can be a bit tricky, especially on busy evenings, so be prepared to park a little far away. Full disclosure: the cocktail I got was delicious, but strong, so most of my dining experience I was tipsy. The food was really good, but it's kind of hard to avoid spice so if you're not into spicy food I'd recommend letting your server know so they can help you choose an appropriate dish. The portion sizes are grand! I had one taco and an appetizer and I was about ready to burst. I can't remember the name of my taco, but it had strawberry salsa on it and holy moly was that AMAZING! I forgot to specify no cilantro but it still left me happy and satisfied. Our server was really nice and accommodating too, even despite being a Friday lunch rush. I wish I could remember his name! All in all I recommend this place for anyone looking for an actually decent taco restaurant."
