"I highly recommend and am truly grateful for Kira, a "10-star" very special Manager at Bob Evans Brandt Pike restaurant. Kira answered my 9:40 pm phone call after restaurant closed and after many rings. I called because I left my wallet on booth seat and realized it was missing when almost home 30 minutes later. I headed back to restaurant immediately with phone ringing. Kira answered, heard my dilemma, and searched area where I was seated. She found my wallet on the floor! Kira was a blessing and my angel for the day! Thank you!"

"They had a 15 min wait to sit down. When I looked their was 10 empty tables. And the seater was running around like a chicken with her head cut off. Waitress completely messed up our order. I'd stay away from this Bob Evens they have some serious worker issues."

"They crossed our names off the list without seating us, we had to inquire why people that came in after were seated before us. We sat with an empty coffee cup for 10 min. Our food took forever and wasn't even right. People that day down 10 min after us for their food way before us. The chocolate milk barely had chocolate in it. Just a terrible experience all around."

"Food was good as always. The service was awful. We came in on a Tuesday and there were all of 3 tables being served. The host acknowledged us but waited 20 mins to seat us. There were at least 5 other people that came in after us for pick ups that were served first. After almost walking out the host finally decided to seat us. We had to ask the server multiple times for the same thing before we could get what we asked for. We had to ask the check out clerk to actually get drink refills. Place was not busy and there were many servers on staff."

"Very pleasant experience today at this location. Computers were malfunctioning, although the manager was able to keep the staff and patrons moving steadily and in good spirits. When the food arrived at the table they didn't disappoint. Excellent presentation and amazing flavors of every dish. Coffee and iced tea stayed refilled and fresh tasting.
