"My experience was horrible . Workers do not cater to customers and just throw the food in the bowls carelessly. Not to mention they give you VERY small portions . I would not recommend"

"I ordered after I got off work as I usually do. I love Chipotle. But I'm starting to not. This is the 2nd time in a row my bowl has been wrong. (There have been more just not in a row). I ordered on the app like usual. I got a bowl with white rice, extra black beans, extra tomatoes, extra sour cream and cheese (guacamole on the side) simple bowl 5 ingredients. Last week they added chicken and today they put guacamole on and no sour cream. It said it would be ready at 10 and they didn't start working on it till 10. There were 2 workers who made their own bowl and sat down an ate. It's a shame one of my favorite places to eat is starting to go down in quality."

"If you are going to open at 10:45, make sure your staff is ready to serve customers. I don't want to waste half of my lunch hour watching them set up their work station! It's 11:00am, there is no reason to have dirty trays. Staff is very unorganized, easily distracted, loud, fails to stay at their designated post and do not compliment each other. Learn some organization skills....."

"My experience at this chipotle was truly unlike any other I’ve been to. Let’s get started: 1. The store was filthy. I’m not using this lightly. It was the first thing I noticed when I walked in. Rice and cheese and chips and other bits of food were covering the floor where the tables and chairs were. 2. The drink stand was similarly covered with bits of food and 1/4 napkin dispensers had anything in it and each of the utensil holders were empty with the exception of a few fork. There was also a rag on the floor.. 3. The service was so SLOW. We waited 30+ minutes in line and then another 5 for them to prepare the food in line. 4. Out of 6-7 workers, only one was actually preparing food in the line. I have zero idea why the others thought it was ok to just stand around or wander to the back out of sight but they did. 5. The food preparation area was littered with scraps of spilled food and the tower of empty and dirty containers was astounding. 6. A couple of the workers had a friend come in and they stepped out to stay hi and chat. Like what the fetch? 7. Everyone in line was shocked at how long it was taking but it was 9pm and nothing else was open. 8. This is perhaps personal preference but the workers were dishing out a crazy amount of sour cream. Really disappointing that this Chipotle was so poorly managed. The slow service and dirtiness was shocking and I hope I don’t encounter it at the chain again."

"Great place to eat in Dayton, Ohio February 2022 saw this restaurant chain open its 3000 stores in the United States with their ultimate goal being 7000 stores in the US. I have been to many of their locations. They specialize in bowls and burritos with fresh ingredients cooked and prepared where the consumer can see them. This particular one is located on the west side of Miller lane just north of York Commons blvd. There are about 30 spaces in the parking lot and more in adjacent lots. It is located in a stand-alone building. The main entrance is on the west side near the counter to order and pick up your order. The decor is the wood and steel style that their restaurant is known for. This has the most windows along one side which makes the dining room very open and bright. I ordered a Chicken bowl. It was quite good and prepared right in front of me. The price was reasonable for the area (and the times). The staff was pleasant. The one item that could be improved was the restaurant's cleanliness. The floor was not clean and there were several tables not cleaned off and the floor with food on it. Overall a very pleasant experience and a place I recommend to my fellow travelers."
