"I received my food and it was all cold like it sat there for a good minute I’m not happy with it and I called and tried to get it fixed. At the store and they said well we served it hot if you got it cold well I don’t know what to tell you. And then had enough disrespect to say oh well if you wanted it hot, you should’ve just drove yourself to get it went unfortunately I have two small children and no vehicle."

"I went through the drive through and the robot asked me my order. I asked for a Baconzilla with only BBQ sauce. I get up to the window and the clerk asked, you wanted the Baconzilla with BBQ sauce on the side? I said no, bbq sauce only. The guy in the back yelled, then why didn’t you say that!? I said I did. You have a damn Terminator taking orders what did you think was going to happen? They fixed my burger but after I ate it my stomach was killing me. I don’t know what that angry guy in the back did to it."

"Pretty much everything I ordered was over cooked or stale Glad I checked the chicken and fries that half was rock hard before the giveing to my todler chicken sandwich was completely dehydrated with barley anything resembling chicken left, my chili dog had good chili rock hard Bun and dried up hot dog the only halfway decent Item was the rally burger watch the videos I posted you can hear the thump flicking the Bun you can see how dark and dried up the chicken bites are and how flat and dehydrated the chicken sandwich is (Just for reference I ordered August 24th at 3:10pm the drive through workers where nice but who ever was cooking needs retraining if you can look at chicken bits or fries and tell that they are burnt you shouldn't be making food let alone grabbing Bun with hand or tongs and not noticing how stale it is)"

"This was my first time eating here. I came on a Wednesday night. The staff was working hard, but was clearly understaffed. The staff wasn’t bad- but the reviews about the mediocre customer service are accurate. The guy in front of me after 5 minutes of waiting was yelled at a bit for not following the signs for door dash pickup. They made him wait in the drive through and go to the other side for pickup instead of giving him the food then and there. For what I paid for, it wasn’t bad. But I managed to write this all in the drive through line (about 15-20 minutes) so I probably go somewhere else next time. Great value though. Edit: came back a year or two later and I waited 5-minutes tops and more like 3. Staff was friendly."

"The Big Buford burger may be the best burger I've had in a long time. The fries are my absolute favorite. The Fry-Seasoned Tenders are really good, but kind of expensive for what they are. The service is definitely hit or miss whether we are going to get a nice person or rude person. Definitely mediocre service overall."
