"If you like any amount of condiments, GO TO HOKE RD, I had the same experience here recently discussed in Northmont post. My sandwich at Taywood was the worst sub I have ever gotten from Subway. I had 3 green peppers on a footlong, when asked for more I was told it would cost extra. I didn't agrue i just left and went to Hoke Rd. As compared to Taywood Rd, I could barely close it after toppings. Several more sub places opening in Englewood, store on Hoke and in Walmart...Tell me owners why should I be your customer when I get more value for my money 2 seconds up the road?"
"I had a coupon for two footlongs for $13. The ones that I ordered were $13 a piece so it would have been 26 bucks I also ordered a new footlong Aunt Annie's pretzel which I was charged for. Want to pick up the food and they don't have any pretzels so they gave me a churro that was a third the size had no flavor and was not even worth a dollar. My sub was so small and minimal and it was called supreme meats and I ate the entire thing and the churro and I'm still hungry and so is my son who got a signature Philly. Worst Subway I've ever been to. Absolute rip off. Taste horrible services horrible and the workers hate themselves because of how they have to make tiny little subs for everybody. I'll never be back and it sucks that I have three subways in my town and none of them are good. Horrible company"
"What franchisee values 5 cents worth of toppings over a repeat customer?? Got a footlong turkey, watched them count individual jalapeno rings used, so I requested more. Was told "I cannot, per policy, provide additional topping" and "I cannot give you additional on the side" after I offered to PAY for it. Manager said "due to supply chain issues, toppings are rationed". (there IS a sign regarding this posted, but I don't typically make it a habit to look for Soviet-era food rationing notices) My bet is poor franchise management issues. I've eaten Subway for over 20 years and not experienced a poor customer experience until today. I spoke to another store and was informed they've had numerous customers complain about Taywood and won't return. Add me to that list. It's a bad look, franchisee - change my mind."
"Just wanting to let everyone know, the j famous Tammy is still owner if this establishment and the one on national in Vandalia. The veggies skimping is still in effect, they have a sign that states they will only put 3 of each vegetable on a 6in and 6 on a 12 inch, they will double it for a max of 6/12 on your sandwich, but regardless of willingness to pay for more, that is the maximum allowed per sandwich. This includes leaves of spinach and individual olives and jalapeños ect. The signage also states they cannot make cheese or meat substitutions at this time, citing supply chain issues. However, i got a delicious sandwich, happy and friendly ladies providing service and a clean environment. No actual complaints other than the "policy" about the veggies still being in place. I was here 9/29/23."
