"I just ordered a spicy chicken combo and called to tell them that my chicken was raw on the inside. They wouldn’t give me a refund over the phone, and we could not turn around to go back. No other compensation or way to make it right was offered. We even waited 10 minutes for our food in the drive thru, so it should have been fresh. I am so grossed out that I didn’t notice it until I was halfway done. Very disappointed and won’t be going back!"

"Took forever to get my food. The lady at the counter forgot to ask for payment. If I was dishonest, I would have went without paying for almost 28.00 worth of food. When I mentioned it, she was shocked. Once she discovered that I had not paid, she graciously thanked me for my honesty. She was SO busy doing other things to expedite the orders of Door dash, that she put my order together without even considering I had not paid yet. The restaurant itself was not the cleanest, and tables were not wiped and sanitary. The food was above average. Won't dine inside here again."

"I was the only car in the line at 845p. Order my food the manager told me to pull up because he was going to make my food fresh, pulled up he brought out order food was ice cold!! Went to window to explain the food was cold, he stated sorry I’ll make it over! Waited about 5 minutes gave me Luke warm nuggets rest of food was still cold. The fry cook had an attitude and was slamming food yelling and was clearly upset because I asked for my food to be recooked. I should’ve asked for my money back but didn’t want to argue! Need less to say I’m out of money and I’m fearful to eat food due to the possibility of food poisoning. This location needs to close there’s always issues with food !! I will not patronize this business anymore!!!! Horrible experience!"

"They have a great crew working there, but the restaurant is old and is in need of renovation. In addition my fries were cold, something that is a big no-no at Wendy's. And also they never have any diet drinks whatsoever. I'm diabetic. I can't drink sugary sodas and I'm tired of having unsweet tea. For some reason this Wendy's doesn't understand they have a diverse customer base, and yes some of us are older and have special dietary needs. Doesn't mean you need to break out with a special vegetarian menu, just have some options."

"I've been through the drive through at this location several times while working in the area, or while passing through. I've always experienced a pretty long wait time. I would imagine they are probably short staffed like so many other places out there. Although the wait time is rather long, my order has always been correct, the food is always hot and fresh, and the staff are always friendly. I know when I pull in that I'm going to wait a while, but it's never been disappointing when it comes to the positive service and the quality of the meal."
