Donatos Pizza

"This Donatos Englewood Oh location has seen its last days. The food item that I ordered was tremendous off of what I’d ordered. Missing items and undone items put on a cooked pizza as well as not being cut. The worker acted as if i should’ve accepted this product and was hesitant to give me a refund. Restaurants these days are terrible and you don’t get what you pay for but they want that money at all cost no matter what!"

"I ordered a pizza on Christmas Eve at the Englewood location. Half and half. One half was completely wrong. I went to the location because they didn’t answer the phone, and the doors were locked to the lobby. So while I was there I called the number again and the manager finally answered. I told her what was wrong and she proceeded to say they were closed and she couldn’t do anything and to call back the next time they are open. I will never order a pizza from that location again. That’s not the first time my order was wrong and just unprofessional. I’ve learned my lesson."

"I wouldn’t recommend them unless you like your pizza well done(BURNT) This is the second time I’ve ordered pizza from there and it was burnt. No cheese on the outside pieces of my pizza. I was pretty disappointed. I didn’t go inside to give it back because the last time I did the lady working was the rudest person. I’ve just decided after this time I won’t be back. Maybe the oven is cut up to high. Idk. My cheese bread and pizza were pretty awful though"

"This used to be our favorite location since we moved to Dayton 4 years ago. However, it is rapidly gone downhill. Frequently missing items, wrong items, or having to wait an extra 10 to 20 minutes even showing up after our pickup time. Every time, we order a large pepperoni pizza we order extra sauce under the cheese and well done bake, because there's never enough sauce (Even less as of late), And sometimes the pepperoni seems underdone. Tonight we got our usual pizza with extra sauce, except it was almost like they did the opposite and there was NO SAUCE! It tastes like cardboard with pepperoni's :/ the bread sticks were burnt so they were hard as a rock within 1.5hrs, the meatballs were overdone and again, barely any marinara sauce on them, and on top of that, my husband had to wait an extra 10 minutes because his sub wasn't made at all, even with the rest of the order sitting there. I don't know what's going on with this location, but it's not a good experience anymore."
