"Manager name I spoke with was “Bobby” claimed a large fry was now a small fry size amount . Claimed they gave me 6oz. Of fries and they settled to the bottom of the carton less then 3 mins after purchase. Im certain that McDonald’s is not hurting to fill a carton of Large Fries to the proper height. Very disappointed with my purchase this evening. Horrible customer service with “ Manager Bobby”"

"90% of the staff is very friendly but seems like management of day to day barely exists. Can wait in line of only 4 cars for 15-25 mins to only order a large fry and drink. Finally pay and be told to wait another 5 for fresh fries which you get Luke warm. Busy or slow you always have to wait for some part of your order which is fine if you actually got it fresh and hot."

"The online details for hours of operation for the Ash street location are inaccurate. This store location does not remove the traffic cones from their drive thru at listed opening hours and closing staff routinely puts the traffic cones out well ahead of closing time even whilst drive thru is empty. Location needs to update their online hours to reflect actual store operation or abide by them if they are indeed accurate. * for clarification stores hours for today, Saturday, is 4 am to 11 pm and I pulled up at 450 to a darker than normal store with traffic cones up. And last week after softball we came around 1025 and they were putting the cones up and shutting everything down. Corrections needed."

"THIS McDonald's!!! The general manager of the store has it going on! SHE is awesome! She's a BOSS! She runs the place smooth as butter! Friendly environment! We were Traveling and really enjoyed the few minutes we were in there for a carry out order."
