"A local diner with good prices and hefty portions. The service was great, and the atmosphere was enjoyable. The walls being covered with… you guessed it- pretty lighthouses! Didn’t realize the couple sitting close by were in fact the owners, both also having a namesake dish on the menu. Pam I think it was, is a total sweetheart and still runs around catering to her customers. Recommended to anyone looking for a good bite to eat! I certainly will be visiting again if I ever find myself back in the area."

"All the food is great, family & friend atmosphere. Let me tell you about the grilled cheese though. Texas toast grilled on both sides...2 slices of the good thick cheese all melty in the middle. I have taste tested in restaurants three counties wide... best samich hands down!"
"We had an excellent breakfast here. The service was stellar. The food was good. My spouse got the mush (deep fried corn meal patties) and loved them. I was able to get hash browns that were cooked just the way I liked them crispy on the outside. Just the kind of local breakfast place I always look for when traveling. A place where it appears that everyone knows each other!"
