"The teachers are exceptional, and largely put an above-average level of care into their work. However, that is where the positives of this school stop. They have misplaced financial priorities, placing TVs and resource officers above giving students enough class periods to fully explore the educational experience. They have abandoned the history curriculum in favor of cheaper athletics and extravagant steam courses. They cut valuable Butler tech programs that cost virtually nothing to the school, hurting many students. The administration is overbearing to the teachers and discriminatory to the students, and the senior leadership of the school has shown a penchant for censorship and limiting students from truly expressing their opinions. Overall, it had the potential of being an extraordinary educational experience, but misplaced priorities made it a dismal one."

"This school was really good and was very challenging. My education was great and I learned a lot attending this school. It is true that they are beginning to work a lot with the band and athletic departments, but the education is still very good. This school has a great school band/marching band and just an awesome experience overall."

"I want to let people know that when you are in the drop off area, to watch for students that are getting dropped off. My daughter about got hit by a silver Honda.(I think it was a Honda. if I see it again I will know cause I got a real good look of the driver too.) flying through there this morning. I only wish I got the plate number of that car. cause I would of called it in. but I did call the school and informed them about what happened. I feel confident that the school will address this issue. go thunder hawks!"
