"Very slow here, always close to 5 to 6 ppl waiting on orders from 10 to 20 minute wait time. Didn't check my order before I left, got home and seen they forgot my fries. Had to drive all the way back to tell them and wait another 5mins on them. By the time I got back home Burger and chesse curds we're cold."
"This establishment is doing away with paper menus, so you have to go online. The "All American Burger" was good."
"We were seated and no server appeared. I went to where I could find a server where I saw 2 employees and asked for them to locate my server since we'd been seated for 10 minute's. The server still didn't show up while the other employees just looked at us. This isn't the first time this has happened and it is unacceptable. Time in 2:30. Date 01/14/2024. I hope that all employees will be made aware that someone needs to step up and take care of clients when another server is MIA. There were only 3 other groups seated in the restaurant at this time. Unacceptable!!"
"We have had excellent service the last two times we went. They were fast with drinks. Once, the waitress even offered an extra side of BBQ sauce since the wings were not fully coated. However, the business has been out of several menu items both times we went."
