"I typically love tsc and I typically have a great experience at other tsc. However this location is lacking in customer service skills. Out of the three people we interacted with only one of them was the slightest bit nice and helpful. We, my sister and I, were on a mission for mulch. We walked in and asked if they had mulch. The cashier was really short in her response and didn't bother to tell us it was outside. So after searching the store for 20 minutes another gentleman asked if he could help us. He then pointed us in the right direction, outside. A massive box truck was blocking it in the parking lot. We went and picked out our mulch, paid for it and went to load it. While loading our 10 bags of mulch we were continuously ran over by the guy organizing the outdoor plants on the racks. We both almost fell over him multiple times due to his inconsideration and lack of paying attention. Needless to say we won't be back to this location."
