"Our new rescue dog is a bit unsure when it comes to her nails and her quicks are SO long. The gentleman who took care of her today had her in and out in 3 minutes, nails trimmed to the quick with no problems. Charley left with her tail wagging. We will be back!"

"First time there but I have issues with our babies. 1- The groomer set my babies on the counter, not the floor. Mind you I have a brace on my wrist from surgery I'm not supposed to lift anything. She walked away quickly. I tried to get them to the floor and my Maggie fell to the floor landing on her side and got no response from the groomer behind the counter not even a is she ok. Pissed me off! But, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and 2-I get them in the car they acted fine, but since we have been home they have acted so different today. They act like something happened and they are very quiet just laying around 3- my husband gets home and notices their reactions to him which was completely off, plus both cuts are uneven and have like buzzed all the way to the skin spots on their bellies.Iam completely disappointed, I live right down the street and now I have to drive again. I picked them up at 1230 and it is 9pm and they still are laying down not being themselves. I don't know has anyone else had this problem with their pet after grooming. Just curious"

"I’ve recently started taking my boxer here for nail trims they are so welcoming and kind when you enter the building! And take such good care of the animals! Last time she put her breaks on when we walked in because it was new and she doesn’t normally enjoy nail trims this time she walked right in no hesitation! Edited- I’ve now taken my older female and new male puppy for bathing, nail trim,and ear cleaning they looked so good and smelled good for weeks!"
