"After ordering I was told they were waiting on chicken strips and it would be 5 mins. After 25 mins of waiting I went inside where I had to wait another 7 mins while they frantically walked around wondering where my food was. I ordered 16 strips, one pot pie and a large fry, the bill was over 50 dollars..no reason to go back, expensive food and took forever"

"Edit/Update 4 months later….. Again, we were going to KFC for dinner. Of course when we pulled in the parking lot, the big white sign that said Dining Room Closed was on the door! This is unbelievable! Especially when no other restaurant in Bellefontaine does this! How hard is it to wipe off a table? Not to mention, most of the time when we do get in we have to wipe our own table! ****************************************** We love KFC and would love to eat there more often! However, it is very frustrating when almost every single time we try to go there the doors are locked! They don’t even bother to put a sign on the door anymore! We refuse to go to the drive thru when they are too inconsiderate to keep the doors open. We normally go next door and have watched many other people do the same. You are losing business by locking the doors! When we do get the opportunity to dine in, most of the staff is friendly and the food is good, but the dining area could use some improvement as far as cleanliness."
