"I ordered the steak tip meal was supposed to come with mushrooms, caramelized onions and some green onions on top when I got it there was eight pieces of steak about the size of a quarter no mushrooms, no onions no nothing mashed potatoes look like about half dollar size pancake my wife salad taste like garbage she ordered the Cobb salad it’s like 14 bucks my meal was like 17 bucks. so I called the store spoke with the manager Chris, and he proceeded to tell me after telling him what the food look like that there was nothing he could do and he was sorry. The only thing that he could do was remake the food which would’ve meant for me to have to leave my house and go back to Bob Evans on Valentine’s Day when my wife and I were just trying to order some takeout stay at home and spend some time together, this is ridiculous. I’m sick and tired of customer service in this area and the poor excuses They are always presented to me. How hard is it to make a meal and make a meal right if I’m paying $17 for a meal it better be worth $17. So for future, I don’t recommend ordering takeout from Bob Evans anymore because if they screw up your order, they’re not gonna do anything about it anyways"

"Service wasn't an issue. Food though was horrible. Steak tips with scrambled eggs with onion, peppers and cheese is what I ordered with diced home fries. Steak tips so done they are like leather. Egg so cold with cold peppers and onions and cheese made them even colder somehow. Diced home fries still cold in middle and layer of oil coating the outside. GF ordered biscuits and gravy with diced home fries, scrambled eggs, and side of sausage. Biscuits were perfect, but gravy tasted old and burnt. Eggs almost ice cold same with home fries. Sausage patty also had a funky taste. We took 1 bite out of each item and that was it. Left the waitress a nice tip and paid the bill, but in no way was the food worthy being eaten."

"Meal was dried out and quantity was way less then normal, waitress never came back for refill or check to see if our meal was OK paid to feed 9 people and half was not up to par bacon deep-fried to a crisp, sausage bits crispy also eggs over done kid piggy pancakes were no bigger round then 4 inch round head which was much much smaller then normal and their sausage links were black tried getting her attention a couple times but other adults just wanted to go when we got no response"

"The food is greasy, soggy and gross. This is the fourth time in a row that they forget the dressings for the salads and also Mommas fries. Waiting awhile to talk with a manager and they made it right buy issuing us a refund. ♥️"

"Great food. Friendly waitress. Eggs done just right. Their Cold Brew Coffee is absolutely not true cold brew OR they aren't diluting the Concentrate that Cold Brewing makes. Expect it to be very bitter, and basically, a cold Hot Brewed coffee."
