"I have been going to cvs since the early 1980\"s . Any issues that ive ever had were always taken care of immediately . My Troy cvs pharmacy has an awesome staff. We all have bad days but the staff always is doing their best to take care of the customers. They hung tough through covid. med shortages . staffing issues . I wouldnt trust my meds to anyone else."
"They don't even deserve one star. Mixing my med up with someone else's....they gave me med for some lady in Piqua Ohio. What if I would not have noticed and would have taken it! I called them they said bring it back?? After it's been in someone's home!? Well ok so we took it back demanding my med and they said it was sent in mail but I never got it. They apologized saying it's been laying in a basket waiting for delivery....but then changed it around saying a man picked it up on foot???? Excuse me ...a stranger would have to know your birthdate in order to pickup which no one had done. They lied too many times, was irresponsible with my med, and to top it off the pharmacist was hateful on phone talking over me and raising voice at me and more. No wonder CVS don't have many stars."
