"Suite is in back of building, drive around. Rundown facility. Appeared clean though. The younger gal was very pleasant. The older women not so much. Doing a pre Employment drug screen. Asked to carry cup of urine into room. Asked for gloves. Was given attitude. You have gloves and won't touch urine without them. What makes you think I am willing to? My pee or not, not touching without gloves. Asking for gloves one should not have received attitude. Then, as I am leaving I can hear her gossiping to her co worker (the younger gal) about how absurd it is someone asked for gloves to handle urine!"
"Fast check-in just scan your I.D. and wait to be called. Staff is friendly and gets you in and out fast."
"This was one of three places I was given the option of going for a pre employment drug screening required for a new job, and like others I was nervous about it after reading the reviews, but it was fine! No appointment I was in and out in 20 min. The whole atmosphere was even fun and energetic as they laughed at my hubby for being left in the waiting room holding the purse. --The room decided it went great with his hat. It was all in good fun. (No husband's pride was injured during the making of this post.)"
"I googled this place earlier to check what time the clinic was open until and was VERY nervous based on the reviews I started seeing with people commenting on how they were treated and wait times. I RARELY leave reviews, but, I just want to say I had a more than pleasant experience here. The gentleman working the front desk was super friendly. At 34 I’m still terrified to get my blood drawn, but the guy (I can’t remember his name) who did it was wonderful. I was in and out of there within 20 minutes. No employees were “rude, skipping people or smoking outside “ lol. Very professional atmosphere."
"My blood pressure got so high waiting in this lobby that I felt like I may have a stroke. I waited an hour and a half and there were THREE people in the lobby when I got there for a pre employment drug screen 7/14/22. I ended up just leaving because it was that ridiculous. At least take into consideration the value of people and their time. Get everyone in and out of the office, and then smoke your cigarette on your own time after your job is complete. Also, wash your hands before you start touching peoples things after going outside for a smoke break on the clock and the waiting room is full. The employee walks back in smelling like a cigarette and starts picking up patients ID cards and everyone watched her do it through the window. I never write reviews but as an advanced practice provider, I wouldn't ever send a patient here and I would urge admin. to look into the staff members working at the Thomas More location on 7/14/22. The dark haired /gray hair heavier set woman walked through the lobby as everyone looked at her as she walked outside. I watched her smoke cigarettes as I am waiting for a service? The blonde woman sat at the desk the entire time the smoker was outside "give me just a second hunny, we will get ya right back," and legitimately an hour goes by. It feels like a trap when they take your ID and leave it behind the counter in a line. Such unrealistic time frames she would give people. No one in the office was called back while the woman was outside smoking. It was so rude and unprofessional and I am sure it has been going on for awhile given the other reviews. Too many good people out there who would be able to do this job a lot better than these ladies."
