"Previously, I have always loved this placed! Definitely a place I could go with friends/ family and just enjoy the staff. In the last few months, there’s been a new women working who has just ruined my experience! I believe I caught her name to be Rachel. I’ve seen her yelling at staff making them crying AND being snappy with them!! I don’t care if the kids working there aren’t always doing exactly what they are supposed. You should NEVER be yelling at a minor in the work place. It breaks my heart. And truly makes me not want to go here anymore."

"This use to be our favorite McDonalds, however it has seriously gone downhill. The last three times we were there we had to wait to order because the staff prefer you to use the kiosk. When the staff (same teenage kid 2 of the three times) does finally come to the register they always seem to have an attitude. I was unsure on the difference between the two chicken sandwiches and I asked which one was the small one, and he said, “What do you mean?” To which I told him I wanted the smaller one not the big one. He just looked at me, my wife had to speak up and say which one it was. He then told me, “Take that number.” This kid has no social skills whatsoever, not even a shred of “I care” about him. All he cared about was getting to the back so he could joke around with his friends. There is a very easy way to describe this kid by his left arm, if management actually reads this then they will know who I am talking about. He didn’t even stand up when taking our order, he just leaned against the counter and seemed irritated that he had to do his job. This isn’t quite as bad as Sidney yet, but it’s getting there. We’re right between them and Wapak, from now on we’ll drive the extra 5 miles and just go there if this keeps up. The food tonight was “ok”."

"This McDonald’s went downhill. It was our favorite around here. The manager on nights, that’s a male is absolutely rude. We’ve had so many issues. This one in particular, we waited 5-10 minutes for our food, just for them to give us cold fries. We asked for fresh ones and this is what we was given. The kid at the window just laughed. Last two times, we was given our food first and drinks last, had to wait 5 minutes for them. Our food was cold before it got home. It’s honestly a waste of money to come here.."

"I must say that this has got to be the coolest McDonald's for little kids. They actually have 2 computers for children to play on while eating their chicken nuggets and fries. Not only that, the computers have ONLY learning material. It has puzzles, memory games and even coloring and drawing. And quite a few more I can't remember. The seating area is made for wheelchairs which is a plus for the handicap. My grandsons really enjoyed the computers. The only issue I had was the girl that took our order this day could have been a little more friendly and courteous. Who knows, maybe she was having a bad day and didn't feel like smiling. All I know is by the look on her face she didn't want to be there let alone deal with customers. Wasn't very welcoming. Besides this, I would DEFINATELY return."
