"I've ordered online 3 different occasions and had problems two of the three times. Items were supposed to be picked up the following day and were cancelled abruptly with no explanation."
"Was very disappointed to find that their hamboigers were out of stock. When I asked the cashier about them he said "This is Advanced Auto Parts we don't sell those" which is honestly the lamest excuse I have ever heard. I demanded to see the manager and it turns out they don't even have a grill in house anymore. Terrible burger joint. Good soda though."

They both had knowledge of why my battery wasn’t holding a charge and replaced it after they tried to charge it (store policy). They made sure they explained my warranty on the battery and also helped me with another purchase."
