"Absolutely horrible!!! The GM is so rude and on some kind of power trip as if she owns the company! How is it okay for her to speak to customers the way she does? Who oversees this company? No wonder it’s never got any business! It’s disgusting inside, if you can get inside because the doors are locked half the time, you wait forever for food in the drive thru, then you get spoke to like they are bothered by you deciding to choose them!! She needs fired, the store needs cleaned, and some serious training needs to take place! Oh and how about corporate responds! Probably because they know it’s a problem!!"

"Food was cold after waiting 20 min. The drive thru lady coughed in her hand then grabbed fries without using sanitizer. The health dept will be contacted since there was no manager on duty and calling corporate led to no answer and a message that said out of service. This business should be shut down."

"Poor management poor customer service corporate never got back to me. I was the only customer there waited 20 minutes and they forgot about my food. The manager and one of the employees was outside smoking that was more important. Their attitudes was horrible. Really ridiculous. They wouldn’t give me a refund. there mistake not mine."

"Ordered thru drive thru. Got home and order was short a sandwich. Called back and they said they were closed, but come back and get the burger. As we drove up to pick it up, we overheard an employee say if they don't like it they can go elsewhere. The manager started out ok, but I told her she needed to tell her help that was uncalled for. She then told me I was rude and McDonald's is across the street. No problem, we won't be back here!"

"I don’t make it over to Greenville as often as some others (Piqua is now the nearest store) but every time I do have a reason to go to Greenville (usually for the fair), I am sure to hit their Hardee’s. I am always confused by reviews on here of people having bad experiences at Hardee’s, because I keep having positive ones (outside of the rare times when certain stores have closed early because employees called off unexpectedly). It’s a major reason why I am so loyal to the brand and continue to eat at Hardee’s whenever I can. My latest visit to the Greenville store was very pleasant. I had very hot Big Hot Ham ‘N’ Cheese sandwiches (where the cheese was literally oozing out onto the wrapper between bites) and the fries were as fresh as you can get! The cashier was also very polite and even came out to ask me if my food was good while I was eating (it was!). It took about 6 minutes to receive my food after ordering, which is well within a reasonable time to get my food as hot and fresh as it was. I don’t usually go through the drive-thru, so perhaps that is where people are having the negative experiences? I do understand that many fast food restaurants are struggling with the same shortage of dependable employees right now and that a little patience and kindness can go a long way! While Hardee’s is not quite as cheap as more common places like McDonald’s or Burger King are, I do feel that the quality of food and pleasant experiences I continuously seem to have is usually worth it!"
