Papa Johns Pizza

"On this day, January 1st, around 1 pm ish, we got the new calzone pizza and some chicken bites. I walked in, as I placed the order for pickup. Only one person there, maybe 50-60? Not sure. Imma say this, that was the absolute BEST order I've ever had, and I've ordered ALOT of papa johns. She did better then a whole staff would have. Way to go!!!"

"Horrible experience!! Took way too long to get a pizza... that I was charged a $5 delivery fee for. Then, when I called, it took 2 calls, 3 to 4 X of being placed on hold, and nearly an act of congress to merely get an update. The initial person, after her 2nd time putting me on hold, vanishes, transferring me to a manager (without telling me...) and then she blamed it on a "new driver." *While on the phone with them, he circled past my house... TWO times, the 2nd time going 35 to 40 mph. Although the 1st manager wasn't so, accommodating per se, a guy came on, was nice, understanding, and offered a free pizza for my next order. (Thus I added 1 star...)"

"Ordered by phone got carryout. Was told 10-20 minutes and I got there and it was so busy. People lined up. Someone said they were waiting an hour. Pizza piled up and noone wad yelling out names or anything. I waited 40 minutes and they couldn't tell you a time. I ended up leaving. If you can't keep up with orders then don't take new orders. Was ridiculous"

"Be careful anyone ordering from papa John's pizza, my wife went to order us a pizza Sunday night, as you know they outsourced their call in orders. They guy didn't speak English, my wife tried 3 different debit cards, the gut said all 3 cards had insaficient funds, there was over $ 3000.00 I'm the 1 account, we got frustrated and ordered from East of Chicago, Monday we both find out they hit my account 3 times and my wife's bank account twice, we got no pizza s and now we can't get our money back. My wife called corporate today and find out their in the frigin Philippines, BEWARE !!!! DONT GET YOUR BANK ACCOUNTS HACKED BY PAPA JOHNS since they now outsourced their ordering process"
