"Ordered food on the 15th at 8pm, got home around 8:30 to eat and both baconators were RAW. I called, complained, "manager" wrote my name down, was told to come in to get refunded. Try to come in the following day to get refunded and the "manager" has no idea what im talking about nor has any names written down apparently, refuses to refund me or do anything for me."
"Won't go there again. Employees have a terrible attitude. Don't go there with cash. The manager will tell you that they are not a bank if they have to make too much change. Unprofessional. The "manager" shouldn't have that position. Clearly can't handle it."
