Chipotle Mexican Grill

"I went last night with another person, and we were the only two people there. Short non-colored man with brown curly hair prepared our food. He was very very extremely rude, he rushed our order, cut us off, acted like he didn’t want to work and was extremely rude to us. Made us uncomfortable while ordering, and while paying for our food. We felt like as customers that we were not appreciated. Will be following through with managers on site."

"Veggie bowl with some changes was good. A bit spicy in something, but tolerable. I'm a wimp with spicy stuff. My friend said his was good also--- 1/2 chicken bowl. Employee at drive thru was very courteous..."

"It was weird to me that this particular location only had 2.6 stars. Most chipotles are pretty okay. I placed an online order thinking that people were being unfair with their ratings. I went and picked up the order but upon opening the bag at home, I noticed that chips and gua were missing. I went online and chatted with an agent to let them know. As I was chatting with her, I noticed that there was an avocado sticker in my food (see pictures). I sent the agent a picture and they apologized. But doesn’t that mean that they aren't cleaning the vegetable properly? There shouldn’t be any avocado skin in the guacamole and especially not plastic labels. I think the health department should visit this place. So many comments about their hygiene standards cant't be all wrong!"

"I waited in line for 40 minutes. Got one lady mentally slow working the register one person making all the food and he is the slowest person I've ever seen in my entire life. By the time I got up there just to find out there's no steak or chicken with nobody cooking anything on the grill. Not to mention all the dried out old food and the spoon that must have been in the pan a week in order to gather that much trust. This has got to be the worst place I have ever been in my entire life it is dirtier than a trap house."
