"These guys were sonunderstagged I don't know how they were keeping the store running. Then I throw a 67 dollar order at them. Had to love me right? Well, I definitely love them. And they all should be honored. Especially their Gm Nick. The man not only found my wallet I lost. He hunted me down on Facebook messenger and simply said "Hey! I’m the general manager at Arbys on Navarre- one of my employees found your wallet, it’s here at my store locked in my safe" now that's not just an amazing team that was handleing the pressure of the night. But to be so honest and to me it sounds like my money and meds may still be in it. Why else for the safe? Id be proud to have them running my stores. Not that i own any. Haha Im banking on the money still being in there im far from an owner. Either way Nick, my guy. You're a hell of a dude! So is your employee."

"In spite of ordering ahead and there being only two other customers in the building, they seemed lost when I turned up to eat. I mentioned that I had ordered online, and THEN they looked up and began prepping my order. It all tasted fine, and no way to know if it was from here, but my stomach was sick for the whole next day. I wouldn't return"

"Worst location ever! Ordered food, no curly fries, no shakes! Ordered arbys, ketchup and horsey sauce. Pay for order they hand us food and then tell us they don’t have sauce! Waste of our money as no one eats it without sauces! Will not go back. Also our sandwiches were beyond messy and no napkins given after we asked twice and told they were in the bag. Hardly No cheese on our chicken slider if u even call it that! Thankfully I had a plate in the car due to traveling so my daughter could try to eat some of her food with no sauces as we don’t eat red ranch."

"The new brisket sandwich with crinkle fries is delicious. know where you get brisket shaved so finely. Service was quick. Staff was friendly. SMOKE HOUSE BRISKET DELICIOUS. They set out to make a sandwich with layers of smoke flavor, & this is the result. There brisket is smoked for 13 hours in a pit smoker in Texas. They top that finally shaved smoked beef with smoked gouda, crispy onions, mayo and BBQ sauce & serve it on an artisan-style roll."
