"New automated system is horrible. It kept messing up the order then the human wasn't the most polite when asking what the issue is. Definitely won't be going through the drive thru again."

"What is so hard about wearing a hair net and not getting hair into a customers food? This is disgusting . And I'm getting fed up with this location. I ate most of this before I found your nasty hair . Don't go here . They are lacking with hygienic practice 1/25/2024 Another instance to add because I can't do a separate review and Its the cheapest and closest thing to my work but the new girl wearing a red jacket that worked tonight was incredibly rude . I had two mobile orders first she tried to give me only half of one of my orders and not even the second one at all and was mad and got rude we asked for the rest of our order and she huffed and told us to just pull up so we did, she brought the sundae from the first order, the food& Oreo McFlurry after she handed it to use she licked her fingers which is gross and then we were like okay we are still missing a frappe and she got mad again and I'm pretty sure she stomped her foot and was like it wasn't done right you're gonna have to keep waiting . I waited 30 minutes for a fry, 2 cheese burgers, a drink a sundae and a frappe . That's ridiculous and the rudeness for me wanting what I paid for is ridiculous, and then licking her fingers is nasty"

"We recently hosted a birthday party at McDonald's and despite a few hiccups the overall experience was enjoyable. One inconvenience was a scheduling mix up i booked 2 weeks ahead and our party was booked on the same night they have their family fun night, but the staff quickly accommodated us which was great. Their service was great and even though they were busy orders came out pretty quick. Now, on to the birthday bundle - this package included 10 happy meals and a cake ($60). The happy meals were perfect but the cake provided was frozen which was unexpected and disappointing. Additionally, the cake didn't live up to expectations and I was told it didn't taste good. Despite all that, everyone had a great time and I would certainly consider having another birthday party at this McDonald's in the future."

"Got my food just the bundle with a burger and fries and a large Coke so the soda tasted flat when I got it out of the machine both Coke and Dr pepper so I just went with Hi-C then sat down to find my out that my double cheeseburger had pickles on it when I ordered it without them and my French fries were ice-cold when I went to tell them they had a bit of an attitude but I got fresh fries. The burger I don't even want to talk about. So I paid $5 and 30 cents for french fries and flat soda."

"We stopped in on a Sunday morning, Very busy. We ended up getting our food. But it took a little while, main thing is they got my order right."
