"Took my puppy there when we went on vacation in July, She didn't try to pay attention to her or pet her till 3/5 days. She also said my dog is "wild and not calm like her dog", well I mean she's only a puppy and loves to play. When checking in, Jeannie did not let us see where she was going to stay or help make her comfortable. When my mother in law went to pick her up, she was very rude to her and put my dog down. I understand if you think that about my puppy, but If you're running a business then that's very unprofessional to speak about her like that to your customers. 1/10 would not recommend sending your dog there."
