"Very fast visit, I was able to get my prescription filled in under an hour"
"The pharmacy service is awful and Erica, the pharmacist, is petty, rude and shouldn’t be in charge of anything or anybody. They are slow and awful."
"When ab RX is ready, they give a small window to pick up, and the automated system nearly harasses you about picking up. Their hours listed in Google don't match the actual hours, and if you don't pick up in their little window, they put back your RX. This may be ok for people who live IN TOWN. I don't, and can't always get there fast enough to pick up.... Then I get the messages that I've one more day, and it's the last day, etc. They REALLY ought to flag out of city zip codes and allow for more time than in town...."
"The manager at the Greenville location tried to kick my family of 7 out because my two year old knocked over a line of shampoo bottles on the shelf. Initially, the manger confronted me as I was picking up there bottles and arranging them back on the shelf. I apologized to her, and told her I would get it all placed neatly on the shelf. She told me I was not doing my job as a parent and that I was irresponsible. I was completely baffled considering I had my two young toddlers and 3 pre-teen children with me. I was waiting on a prescription and we were just browsing and picking out hard candy flavors. She continued to tell me that she was appalled at how I let my children touch things, and that I should be doing more to stop them. I apologized again and told her that I'm trying my best, and that I would pick up the shampoo bottles assuring that I would position them correctly. She told me that I wouldn't do it correctly and that she just wanted us to leave. I told her I was waiting on a prescription and that I would leave as soon as my sons's order was up. She told me to leave or she was calling the police. I decided to call the police because she was refusing to allow me to wait for my prescription, and overreacting. The police arrived and we explained our situation, they were in disbelief and said so. The manager told the police she was having us banned from CVS permanently. We were mortified, especially considering I have used CVS pharmacy and shopped there for well over ten years. However, it was a civil matter so we agreed to leave. I followed up with cvs' corporate number. Corporate informed us that they would have to check the cameras to lift the ban that the manager had placed on us & that they would give us a call back in a few days. We received a call back and was informed that the ban was lifted and they apologized for the inconvenience. Nothing was done further to resolve the matter."
"I would like to complain about the covid 19 test. Your website says 2-4 days. It was currently been 7. We are basically quarentining off work whether it's positive or negative. Not to mention you are furthering the spread of covid 19 if it's positive because none of our close contacts have been contacted. Do not say it's 3-4 days if it's actually going to be 10 days. I have been a CVS customer since I was 15 years old and I'm debating on changing pharmacies due to to this because you clearly do not care about the economy or health of this country."
