"As they attempted to make it right, which is their guarantee...I still received old cold chicken strips, old dried up corn, a glob of mac and chees along with the burnt biscuits...I was told the fryers were off and i woukd need to come back tomorrow...I have NO receipt but i do have where it was charged to my card...This was the worst decision after spending $50+...This was a waste of time and money for my family...I've attempted to load photos but I think I woukd have had to do that first..."

"Ordered online at 6:47 pm for pickup at 9:15pm. Got there to pick up through drive through and they said they didn't have my chicken, I order a 16 piece. They took my money off my card, told me they didn't have any chicken and they couldn't do anything about my money. Have to wait to talk to a GM the shift manager Brian was very rude and unprofessional. Why would my order be accepted if you didn't have the chicken, could have have the curtesy to call me and let me know they didn't have it. I could have went elsewhere."

"Waited 20 min and after that long of a wait you would think your order would be fresh but ahhhhhhhh........no! So disappointing I don't know why I keep giving these places a chance! Plus, my theory is if you go around lunch time you might get lucky on freshness but after that it's pretty risky. I went around 7 pm and should of went elsewhere. Oh the gravey was fresh!!"

"After a 30 minute delay receiving my order after the time the app said it would be ready the fries weren't at all warm and I they replaced. The chicken was awful. There wasn't even skin on the breast. I figured I'd find it somewhere in the bucket. Nope this naked piece of chicken was placed in the bottom and covered with the other pieces. No sign of the skin. Tried to get assistance from the manager but he was little help and when I asked if he had anything thing to say, maybe "we need to do better" his response was that he was busy. Good luck Shawn, move on before you destroy your professional reputation fighting the battle of that location."
