"Asked the waitress about the biscuits and gravy, she was nice enough to bring me a sample. When I tested it it wasn't very warm and I told her I'd like to order that but I needed to be much hotter. When my food was brought out (another person's, as well) it was COLD. Like someone took it out of the fridge and served it, cold!! The waitress forgot more than half of our order and we only had 3 people! Orange juice was brought to my dad when we were getting ready to leave, not during breakfast and he never got the sausage patties he ordered. Food was good but they definitely need to focus on the temperature of the food when serving it. I also don't think the waitress should be eating or drinking at the counter then going outside, come back in smelling like a cigarette, not wash her hands and come bring me food. THAT was a food turn off for me!"

"Usually feels a little small and understaffed because it’s so popular. Food is always great and staff is well seasoned and friendly. Parking lot is undersized but plenty streetside is available. Food is up fast and we’ve never had any errors. Burgers, omelets, French toast, always great. Monday breakfast was “coffee with cops” that was a sight to see. Casual conversations with officers just hanging out."

"We ordered the Payload. Mine could have used more gravy it was a little on the dry side. it was not too bad flavor wise and it was very filling. It did seem like the food took forever to get to the table. However the staff was very friendly and timely with refills on our drinks and maybe sure we were ok while waiting on our food. Not too bad over all we will be back"

"Food was AMAZING!! The only reason that I didn't give this restaurant 5 stars is because of the time it takes to receive your food after your order. Other than that it was GREAT!! Staff was friendly. I can't say enough about how good the food was. Very reasonable prices, and good size portions. We will definitely be back."
