"The $31 Sirloin Steak was the worst steak I've ever had; Dry, Tough, Medium Well (I ordered it Rare). The staff didn't offer to make any corrections, all I got was a "Sorry"."

"Waitress was nice but food was sub par and thats putting it nicely. Steak had barely any seasoning. Rare as opposed to medium rare, and the potatoes had little to no butter and/or milk, and a 40 minute wait to eat to boot. Will be trading a wristband for a hospital band very soon."

"They ran a special for Valentine's day. We arrived at 7pm. Half the tables were empty. They said it was an hour wait. We gave them our phone number and went to gamble for an hour and came back at 8:10. They were telling potential customers the wait was an hour and a half at that time. Again, half the tables were empty. They sat us because we asked how much longer it was going to be. We ordered steak, cooked medium. It came well done. And the shrimp was over cooked. Sent one steak back and they made another. It came rare. Very disappointed."

"We had heard good things about this restaurant and figured we'd try it last night as we enjoy going the the Casino once in a while. Well...it wasn't a great dining experience. We ordered chicken fingers for an App and they were Ok. Wife then ordered bacon cheeseburger, chicken soup and I ordered the baby back ribs with a house salad. Wife said soup was good but my salad was not cold at all, it was barely chilled and my balsamic vinaigrette was extremely oily and I could hardly taste the vinegar. Our food finally came out and the Wife's burger was burnt, she ordered it medium well. Manager took it back for a re-make came out Ok 2nd time. My ribs were good but not great and my coleslaw as was salad was barely chilled. Was not an enjoyable experience, we will not be eating here in the future."

"I ordered the pork chop entree and they gave me the sandwich, which was good but not what I wanted. It's a $2 up charge to substitute a side. But the sides they give you don't match up with the menu. And my boyfriend got a medium steak. It came out very rare. So he sent it back which he never does. They ended up coming back with the same steak he had already taken a bite out of. I work in the food industry. You cannot cook food on a sanitary service if you are cooking it next to food that a guest as already dug into. And it was overcooked on the outside by time he got it back. Just to make the center medium. For a $50 meal I was not impressed. I will say our server was amazing. Very kind and efficient. And she made it an enjoyable experience."
