"Portion sizes are laughably small. I got the rib tips and brisket. Gf got a decent sized piece of chicken and sandwich sized amount of pulled pork. Our meal was over 50 bucks and we left hungry. It also took almost 30 minutes to get our order Love the FD branded rub and bbq sauce but I don't think that I will be returning to the restaurant."

"We have never eaten at famous Dave. Since we were in the area, we decided to stop in around 130 pm to have a “quick” lunch. We had to go to the counter to order. Even though there was only 1 other party in front of us, we had to wait for about 10 minutes to place our order. We ordered two sandwich’s (brisket and pulled pork…they were out of chicken). After placing our order we went to the the dining room where there was only one other couple eating. It took another 20 minutes for our food to come out and it only appeared after I complained about the long wait. The brisket sandwich was cold and dry. The pulled pork sandwich was tasteless. I had coleslaw, which was largely mayonnaise and little else. Fries were nothing special. We were unhappy and we will definitely not be back."

"Jackie is amazing!! She is the current GM and she is rocking the house! Had another employee drop the ball on a large catering order! She already had 2 other large catering orders going out that morning, and was unaware of our order. But she still knocked it out of the park, getting our order ready 40 mins. sooner than was expected. We were able to get it to our customer sooner, which made that office super happy. This location would be lost without her. She is most definitely the greatest asset to the business!! We are extremely grateful to have her part of the team!"

"We came in for dinner on Tuesday and received excellent service. Our host who sat us was very sweet and friendly. Our server Sam was also super sweet. She was very helpful and made sure we were satisfied with everything. Our food came out great and we can't wait to come back again!"
