"Four different occasions in the last three months, we get notified of specific and very needed meds being available, only to be told in person it's not ready for hours or days, and then the medication is an entirely different prescription than initially stated. One of our household hasn't gotten seizure meds for two months due to this issue."

"Staff in the pharmacy is unbelievably rude. They act like they get to decide who gets their needs and who doesn't. If my insurance approved it and you have it, then just fill it. Don't treat me like I'm trying to pull a fast one and get something I'm not supposed to have. I've been told it was too early to fill my meds(and it wasn't), they don't have them in stock(but the next day I was told they were sitting there ready for pick up), and other outlandish lies! I refuse to go there again because of all of their nonsense. I e mailed corporate about this pharmacy location and got a huge apology but unless you want lies and disrespect, I suggest you just avoid this store altogether."

"Went for Spikevax & Flu shots. Kent did great with both shots. Didn't feel them at all! Afterwards I bought a candy bar for a treat! It is Halloween afterall!"

"I just had back surgery and I understand the rules for filling pain medication however, they have had the prescription for two days and when I called this morning when they opened to go pick it up, they told me it would be at least an hour to fill it. You’ve had the rx for 2 days and it’s still not filled??? And the girl that answered the phone the times I’ve called - same girl - was snarky and rude. I have one word for her - karma!"

"I've had several problems getting my scripts from this place. They almost refuse to make sure everything is filled together so that you have to go to their store 3 times a week. I love the store but the pharmacy has a lot to be desired. Plus voice commands only when you try to call them is only good in a quiet world. Would it hurt you to add button commands?"
