"They started off great there, but now it's just ridiculous. We had our dog neutered and had to wait 2 weeks for him to be cleared, which he was. We called to schedule an appointment that ended up being a whole month out. Out Dog is shipoo (shitzu/poodle). We take him every 6 weeks to be groomed. I bathe and brush him at home in between those weeks. Once our appointment came up. We took him there, and not even 15 min later, they called, stating that he still had stitches and couldn't groom him after he had already been half shaved. We took him to the vet the next day, where they said he was fine to he groomed as it was a little knot. We call and get him in a week later, only for the same thing to happen. Only this time, they did not ask how we wanted him trimmed, which makes me believe they had intentions to send him back. The vet there stated that he still had a stitch that had healed to the skin but was okay to be groomed, just not In that area. So now in the computer every time we go we have to clarify this issue. As well when picking up our dog, they stated having issues with legs and paws for which we have no issues with him. They also did not trim his nails as requested. The shave was patchy and uneven. And he does not smell like he got a bath at all and has a ton of dandruff. Will be looking to take him elsewhere because this situation has wasted out time and money and has traumatized our dog."
