Taco Bell

"Literally anytime i give this taco bell a chance, they always disappoint. Only thing they can get right is the drink. Had people forget half my order before and everyone walk outside right after handing my bad out. And whoever was working the kitchen on Tuesday 12-5-23 at 8 PM, and the girl handing orders out too, both need fired or retrained or something. Ordered a grilled cheese burrito and got a grease sauce roll up with cheese. Had like two small chunks of meat in it, a few strands of rice, and just a bunch of sauce/grease/ i don't even know what was all in it. Didn't even have a single fiesta strip in it. And then the end of it was completely opened so it fell over my car when pulling out of the bag cause they didn't even try to wrap the end with the wrapper. The fact someone even made that and had the audacity to hand it out is beyond me. And the girl handing it out knew someone was wrong because she was normal until handing my order out which she did in a super fast manor as in (something is up and i want you to leave) while looking like she was trying not to laugh, presumably from knowing the issue. I have a 20 minute lunch break and don't have the time to come back and have them get it right. Chalupa's always cold and crunchy. Retrain everyone in the kitchen. Have someone stand over their shoulders for a week till they can stop making these constant issues. Once they mess up again, another week of over the shoulder baby training. If they want to act like stupid idiots, then treat them like what they are. These common senseless people won't learn if you keep catering to their baby needs"

"Taco Bell is my preferred fast food. I've been to alot of Taco Bells and I always order the same thing. Some are definetely better then others. This one was really good, everything was hot, chips and tortillas/shells were all fresh, no skimping on cheese or meat either. Can't say if its always this good but it's rare all those things align in one order lol"

"We stopped at this Taco Bell while driving home on a road trip. I was out of it and missed the self serve kiosks. It was busy but the worker stopped and took my order. I ordered something that was no longer offered and he offered to make me something like it, so sweet. So friendly, clean, and food east fresh and hot."

"We were very disappointed in this visit to a normally decent resteraunt. We walked in the door and were greeted by someone stacking sauce packets which is what be did for the next two minutes, while we waited for him to come around to take or order. We were the only people in the dining room. It took 12 minutes to get our food after placing our order. We were the only people in the dining room. One of the items on ther order was wrong but the wife ate it as she does like the item that was entered and recieved incorrectly. Pictures attached show that the cheese on the quesadillas was not only not melted but was almost cold. Stopping at this taco bell on our way home used to be a ritual but seems like it has run its course."
