"My wife had prepaid online and set the order for curbside pickup since I had an operation on my foot. I pulled up in front of the store and called their number. The (I'm assuming) Manager answered, and I told him that I was there for the curbside pickup. He asked me to repeat myself, so I did. He then acted like he had never heard of curbside pickup before, so I told him that it was an option online. He then said in a sarcastic voice, "Naw man, you have to come in and pick your pizza up. We don't take it out to you. " I proceeded to park and go inside where he reiterated that they don't bring pizza put to customers. I told him that it was fine, but the website should then remove it as an option. I explained that I had just had foot surgery and then walked out. He then came outside and said that if I wanted it brought out, then I should have called ahead. I reminded him that we had spoken on the phone before I went inside. I would have been fine if he had just said that they couldn't do it, and let that be that, without all of the sarcasm or coming outside to tell me that I should have called ahead when I already did. There are plenty of other options for pizza in Wauseon that I will choose from next time. At least I might have a better chance at not being treated like a child who didn't do something right. The pizza was delicious but not worth the extra hassle. Spending a few extra dollars on a different pizza place doesn't bother me one bit. Low rating, Little Caesars"
