"Talked to 3 different people when calling to make arrangements to watch and care for 2 dogs. 1 was even the manager. Highest price $42.00 a day for both dogs for 4 nights. Reality was $362.00, plus the credit card machine would not process payment without gratuity. I wanted to tip with cash, not credit card machine. Gratuity, I feel, is personal. it should not be done thru a machine. These were not my dogs (my son's). I've had my dog boarded before, and it cost $25.00 for 3 nights, I tipped $40.00. My dog was boarded a year ago."
