"Recently, needing the use of electric cart every time shopping, I tried to use them. First, electric cart had READY card on it and ran out of charge while shopping. This required another to be brought to me where it stopped. Second, the truly charged carts are placed against the wall and so closely placed with no space between, I could not get to them. Finally, Your entire offering has failed. This has caused me to re-evaluate using your market. Very disappointed."
"Their deli meals used to be a good deal at 7.50. Now they are up to 8.99 and you dont get any extra food and they also quit the punch card program where if you bought so many you got one free. Ridiculious. I used to go and get the meals cause it was cheap...but i might as well go to mcd's now. what a joke"
"My husband and I think it's just a nice hometown grocery store. Never have a problem with anything. Employees always friendly and helpful. Also love the fried chicken. We have a cottage in Jerome and love shopping at the store."
"Pros: I’d like to start off by saying the employees are very nice, polite and helpful. Cons: Most of the items they have expire within a month or two if not days/weeks ( unlike Meijer, Kroger and Walmart). They have had issues with their freezer for almost a year and whenever I shop there, there are icicles hanging from the products. Pretty sure that’s a health department violation. It’s overpriced for the generic brands they sell and the cost in some cases is 50% higher then that of the previous stores I mentioned. I’ve spoken with this “Brett” person who is on the receipt to call if you have issues or concerns but he just blows you off and does nothing. The ancestors who handed the store down to him would be disappointed because he doesn’t give the quality of customer service they did when they built the business. Very sad indeed"
