"Absolutely 100% the WORST McDonald's I've ever been to. Horrible service. Ordered my food off the kiosk and it took 10 minutes for someone to take my money. And then another 5 minutes to get my food. Will never be back here"

"[Parents don’t have internet; sharing for them.] (They also never complain but wanted to) They went thru the drive thru and ordered a coffee with cream and a water. The water was Sprite and the coffee had no cream. My Dad took them inside and asked if they could give him some cream and a water. They joked with each other about it and laughed. He felt like they were making fun of him. The coffee was so full when my Mother opened it it spilled everywhere. It was cold and about 50% coffee and 50% creamer. They won’t go back. I had to explain what Google is and they wanted me to write a review for them."

"McDonalds food is just tanking.I travel so I go to McDs but I need to change and try somewhere else.1) This stores frappe machine is always broken.I got a cheeseburger the other day and it was so cold the cheese didn't melt one bit.I did get everything I ordered which surprised me because other McDs can't seem to do this and if they only have 3 people working let's just advertise that on your signs.That way we know to be patient or go somewhere else. Having kids face wrathful customers is unfair .Close the drive through or close the lobby."
