"I have been looking for a certain style coffee table for quite awhile and decided to stop in Westrich where I was greeted by Dawn. She was simply amazing....she knew what I was looking for and showed me a table that I loved but I was concerned it was too big for the space. She took her time with me....looked up other options and actually moved the table to a space similar to mine so I could judge the size. It was a close call and any other sales person would have just wanted to make the sale but Dawn was truly concerned that it would still be too big for my space and after getting home and reassessing the space I realized she was right the table would have been too big and I would have been unhappy. Dawn went above and beyond to help me, she made me feel like a friend not a customer and I can't say enough about the outstanding service she gave me."
