"Bought an item over a month ago and still haven't received the item. I have sent 2 emails with no response. How did anyone else go about with getting your money back?"

"I would suggest not doing business these people, they charge for product bought one line and then never ship. I have call numerous time and each time they say they will get it right out but nothing is ever shipped and no tracking number is provided."

"STOP!!!! WORST MANAGER EVER. guys never go to this store, i will tell you my experience, last friday i called the manager and tell him that i was going to pick up some parts (around $300 worth of parts) and he told me that it was no problem just called him again before going there to make sure that somebody was at the shop. for those who live in the area i live in Hollywood and this shop is in homestead, we are talking about 1 hour drive, so i called him one more time before going there, he told me he will be there. by the time i got there (1 hour later) nobody was at the shop and after 15 min of calling and calling he finally picked up the phone and told me somebody was on the way. i waited there for 40 min when I finally call again just to my surprise that nobody was coming and he didn't apologize to me, he just said that he was in another place and he couldn't make it on time. believe guys you don't want to deal with this kind of people and specially when you are the one that have the money to spend."
